This form is for proposing supplements, thematic issues, or special issues to NJHS. Proposals must align with the journal’s aims and scope, emphasizing high-quality, original contributions to health sciences. All proposals are evaluated for scientific merit, ethical compliance, and alignment with ICMJE, COPE, WAME, and HEC guidelines. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Submit the completed, signed form as a PDF attachment to publication@njhsciences.com, along with any supporting documents.

Note: Guest editors must ensure impartiality. Personal or professional relationships with authors may introduce bias and should be disclosed. Guest editors agree to operate under NJHS editorial oversight, with final decisions resting with the Editor-in-Chief.

Evaluation and Agreement

The proposal will be evaluated by the Editorial Office and Editor-in-Chief based on scientific quality, alignment, feasibility, and ethical standards. The final decision is at the Editor-in-Chief’s discretion.

By signing this form, the Guest Editors acknowledge agreement with NJHS guidelines on peer-review management (double-blind, at least two reviewers, independent of sponsors), editorial independence, ethical conduct, and commit to adhering to ICMJE, COPE and WAME policies. Violations may lead to rejection or retraction.
