The peer-review process is confidential. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the manuscript, including the content of the submission and the review itself. Prior to consulting with a colleague for assistance with the review, reviewers must obtain explicit permission from the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) or Senior Editor.Reviewers must not disclose any information about the manuscript or the review process to anyone, including authors, other reviewers, or external parties, until the manuscript is formally published. Reviewers should ensure their comments are anonymized.
